Colorado ProStart is a two-year foodservice and hospitality management, culinary arts, and business entrepreneurship curriculum offered to high school juniors and seniors. Currently implemented in 30 high schools and to more than 850 students throughout Colorado, we are dedicated to building exciting and rewarding futures for our students.

Our business curriculum provides students with a unique learning experience by bringing industry and the classroom together. Colorado ProStart gives students the platform to discover new interests and to improve their skills while pursuing college and career options.

Curriculum

ProStart student curriculum consists of the Foundations of Restaurant Management & Culinary Arts. Separated into two levels, the curriculum includes everything required to build well-rounded skills and obtain vast knowledge of the industry.
