Colorado ProStart is a two-year program that provides junior and senior high school students with the training they need to be successful in the foodservice and hospitality industries. The program combines the very best educators and mentors with a flexible curriculum, so that students are ready to excel in their chosen career paths.
The ProStart program currently provides for high school, college academic credit through the ProStart Post Secondary Passport, scholarships, and employment opportunities.
