Colorado ProStart understands the requirements of the outside world, which is why we’ve developed an in-depth learning environment that focuses on the knowledge and skills that the industry has come to expect.
Classroom Experience
In a classroom setting, Colorado ProStart students are given the tools necessary to master the fundamental culinary and management skills required for success in the restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality industries. They will also be instructed on employability skills, such as leadership, accountability, teamwork, and responsibility — giving them an edge against any competition that comes their way.
Colorado ProStart takes classroom education very seriously, and does whatever it can to ensure that you are given the best instruction available every step of the way. Our educators and mentors are dedicated to guiding students through in-depth learning, fundamental restaurant skills, and industry-based curriculum. The goal is to provide each student with a vast array of knowledge and experience over the period of two years, and this is exactly what our program accomplishes.
