Colorado ProStart student curriculum consists of the Foundations of Restaurant Management & Culinary Arts. Separated into two levels, the curriculum includes everything required to build well-rounded skills and vast knowledge of the industry. This gives our students an edge once they go out into the real world to tackle their career goals.

Colorado ProStart provides you with everything you need to succeed, both while participating in the program and once you’re faced with the challenge of creating and maintaining a solid career in the industry of their choice. The curriculum’s textbooks include a blend of culinary and management skill topics, industry leader profiles to introduce career paths, and real-life case studies that build a stronger connection between the classroom and the industry.
